## How it works

1. Agent onboards once at `/onboarding` (90 seconds): name, email, phone, brokerage, MLS Agent ID, optional personal website.
2. Agent adds a card via Stripe Checkout (no charge today — billing only starts when a listing activates).
3. The PropSite system watches the MLS feed for new listings under that agent ID.
4. When a new listing appears, PropSite auto-generates a property site, registers a custom street-address domain, and emails the agent a preview.
5. Agent clicks "Activate" in the email — DNS goes live and billing begins for that listing.
6. Leads come in via email and phone in under 60 seconds. Sellers get an automatic Monday traffic report.
7. When the listing closes (sold, withdrawn, expired), the site auto-archives, DNS redirects to the agent's personal website, and Stripe billing for that listing stops automatically.
